DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND MUSIC DOWNLOADS
Due to the immediate-access nature of digital products, music downloads, printable products, and other downloadable files, all digital sales are final and nonrefundable once the files or access links have been delivered.
If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.
CUSTOM SONGS, IMAGES, AND PERSONALIZED CREATIONS
All personalized and custom-made purchases are final and nonrefundable. Payment covers the time, creative work, planning, and production required to develop your order.
Custom creations include one reasonable revision unless the product description or written agreement states otherwise. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for submitting complete and accurate names, dates, photographs, spellings, stories, and other requested information. KayLane Fost Music is not responsible for errors contained in information supplied or approved by the customer.
Work may not begin until payment and all required information have been received. Custom creations are generally delivered within 10 business days unless a different timeframe is stated. Rush service, when available, may require an additional fee.
PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE
Unused, unworn, and unwashed non-personalized merchandise may be eligible for return within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Personalized, custom-made, made-to-order, clearance, and final-sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please contact us within seven days of confirmed delivery if your physical order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
After reviewing the claim, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. Please do not return an item before receiving return instructions.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Requests to change or cancel an order should be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production, customization, fulfillment, or digital delivery has begun.
If an order is canceled before work or fulfillment begins, a refund may be issued to the original payment method. Processing fees may be deducted when permitted by law and the payment provider.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Estimated production and delivery dates are not guarantees. KayLane Fost Music is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated estimated shipping date and any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law.
COLORS AND PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Colors may appear slightly different depending on the customer’s screen settings. Handmade, printed, and made-to-order products may also have minor variations that do not affect their intended use.
PURCHASE DISCLAIMER
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed the product description, delivery information, sizing details, customization instructions, and this policy.
Song lyrics, recordings, images, designs, and other creative materials remain the intellectual property of KayLane Fost Music or KayLane’s Custom Creations unless ownership rights are expressly transferred through a separate written agreement.
Purchasing a product does not give the customer permission to reproduce, resell, distribute, alter, license, upload, or commercially use the creative work unless written commercial-use rights are included with the purchase.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
